Is this calendar digital or physical?
This will be determined by the interest check!
However, the current plan is a physical calendar and merch bundle.Is this calendar for profit or for charity?
This calendar is for charity (TBA). All proceeds will be donated after leftover sales are shipped out!How many contributors will be accepted?
The project will accept 10 Calendar Artists, and 8-10 Merch Artists.
We have 3 guest artists, to be announced soon!How will contributors be compensated?
If made physical and we meet our breakeven, we hope to provide all contributors with a free full bundle. If we don't reach the amount of orders needed, contributors will have the option to order physical items at production cost.Are there any requirements to join?
We ask that all applicants are 16+ and have a discord account.How can I apply?

Yes, of course! Previous experience with zines/calendars is not required to apply, and the mod team will be available to help with any questions.Will all applicants receive an email regardless of acceptance or rejection?

★ Application Guidelines ★

We are accepting:
- 10 Calendar Artists
- 8-10 Merch Artists

● You must be 16+ and have access to a discord account to participate.● Any AI usage or art theft/plagiarism will result in an automatic disqualification.● You may apply for multiple roles (in fact, it’s encouraged), but please note that you will be accepted for only one role due to limited spots.● Google Drive folders are heavily preferred, but we will accept other portfolio sites (carrds, personal websites, etc.). Please double check that sharing permissions are turned to “Anyone with the link” if using a Google Drive Folder.

------------ ★ Calendar Artists ★ ------------

All calendar artists will be expected to draw a single A4 illustration (Landscape orientation) and spot art for the month’s grid page.

● Please submit a portfolio containing between 5 and 10 samples of finished works. These pieces should best reflect your style & ability.● At least one piece must have a background.● At least one DSMP piece is recommended but not required.

All merch artists will be expected to design 2 merch pieces
(or some equivalent: 1 large item, 3+ smaller items).

● Please submit a portfolio containing between 5 and 10 samples of finished works. These pieces should best reflect your style & ability.● If you would like to illustrate for a print or postcard, at least one piece with a background is recommended but not required.● At least one DSMP piece is recommended but not required.
